Maximizing Enjoyment

For the ultimate Cheeseperience, allow your cheeses to reach room temperature before serving. We recommend removing your graze from refrigeration 25-45 minutes (depending on size) beforehand. Simply uncover the spreads and enjoy!

Rescheduling & Cancelling Online Orders

We have a strict no-refund policy on all orders. However, we understand that unexpected things happen. If you need to reschedule your order, you may do so up to one week before your scheduled fulfillment time. Alternatively, we can issue a Meat & Graze gift card. Orders scheduled for fulfillment within 7 days cannot be rescheduled or refunded as a gift card. Email us at hello@meatandgraze.com or call us at 919.797.2858 for assistance. Please allow 3-7 business days for gift card processing.

Ordering

How much notice do I need to give?

Scheduling pick up & delivery orders is open up to 1 year in advance. In most cases, we can fulfill smaller orders for same-day pick-up. Scheduling is subject to availability, so we suggest placing orders as soon as possible to secure your preferred time slot.

For Grazing Tables & classes, submitting an inquiry alone does not block off your requested date and time. Your desired date & time remain available to book until a signed contract & deposit are both in place. If your date of service is booked by someone else before your deposit is made, you will receive an invoice cancellation email from Square. We will do our best to notify you personally as well, however during peak seasons, we will rely on the automated email to notify you of the change. If your event date or time is flexible, please reach out for updated availability & to reschedule your Cheeseperience.

***During peak seasons (holidays, weddings, summer) availability becomes less flexible. We encourage you to order or submit an inquiry as soon as possible if you wish to work with Meat & Graze during peak seasons.

Do you offer anything besides cheese & charcuterie arrangements? 

Yes, in addition to our classic cheese & charcuterie arrangements, we also offer delicious sliders and our signature Grazing Bites. Each option is crafted with the same focus on quality & flavor that defines our Cheeseperiences.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

We offer wholesale pricing to businesses interested in partnering with Meat & Graze on an ongoing basis. We do not provide bulk discounts for one-time orders. If you’re a local business interested in collaborating, please reach out to us for more information.

Can I customize my charcuterie board?

We consider ourselves “palate inclusive.” There isn’t a dietary requirement we haven’t been able to fulfill to date! We’re happy to honor gluten-free (preference or celiac), vegan, vegetarian, nut-free, pork-free & even dairy-free requests. Simply select the relevant requirements with your order.

If you would like to customize cheeses, charcuterie, or accompaniments, visit us at Boxyard RTP to curate your own graze! Select a size then your cheese(s), charcuterie, & spread(s). Our expert staff will fill in the rest!

Pickup & Delivery

Do you deliver?

Yes, local delivery is available Tuesday – Saturday 11:30a – 6:00p and delivery windows are 1 hour. Please plan accordingly.

  • Our delivery minimum is $150.
  • Additionally, due to the delicate & temperature-sensitive nature of our products, in-person acceptance of deliveries is required. Contactless delivery is not available.

To ensure timely delivery, please be available to receive your order upon arrival. We will attempt to contact you at the phone number provided if we cannot reach anyone at the delivery address. Delivery personnel will wait up to 10 minutes for order retrieval. If no one is available, the order will be held for pick-up at our Boxyard location for 24 hours, once the delivery route completes. If the order is not picked up within 24 hours, items will be donated or disposed of. Please note that delivery personnel are unable to deliver orders to alternate locations without prior approval.

About Your Graze

How long does my Cheeseperience stay fresh?

Meat & Graze guarantees same-day freshness of your Cheeseperience; however, customers often can lengthen the life of their grazes with refrigeration.

How long can I keep my Cheeseperience in the refrigerator?

Meat & Graze suggests serving your cheese & charcuterie arrangement within 24 hours of receiving it (certain items specify that are best enjoyed the same day in the item description)

As an added bonus, crackers are packaged separately for all family-style grazes. You are welcome to use the order notes to let us know that you’ll be serving it the following day…we will leave off cut any fruit to increase longevity.
