Raclette

Raclette can be a bit confusing at first. The term refers to the cheese, the dish, AND the grill used to melt it.

Our Raclette experience is a delightful gathering around a communal grill, where gooey, melted cheeses are scraped onto plates and enjoyed with cornichons, buttery crostini & premium charcuterie.
